Initializes the CT3 library, C part

Syntax

      CTCInit() -> <lInitialized>

Arguments

None

Returns

<lInitialized> .T. if the function has been correctly initialized

Description

The CTCInit() function initializes the C source part of the CT3 library. Do not call this function directly.
